We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the (re)insurance market to hire a Senior Financial Analyst into a high-performing Business Intelligence team.
This is a genuinely impactful role, sitting at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy. You’ll be working on both internal and client-facing initiatives, delivering insight that directly shapes commercial decision-making.
The opportunity
You’ll take ownership of analytical workstreams, delivering high-quality financial and market insights to senior stakeholders. This role offers strong exposure to strategic projects and the chance to influence how data is leveraged across the business and wider market.
What you’ll be doing
* Delivering financial analysis, benchmarking, and insight to stakeholders
* Leading strategic projects aligned to key business objectives
* Producing clear, commercially focused reports and recommendations
* Interpreting and visualising complex datasets to drive decision-making
* Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business
* Analysing market trends, products, and competitive dynamics
* Contributing to data strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
* Experience within the insurance or (re)insurance sector
* Strong financial or accounting background (IFRS 17 exposure advantageous)
* Advanced analytical capability with the ability to turn data into insight
* Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint essential, Power BI a plus)
* Solid understanding of data integrity and reconciliation
* Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
