We are seeking an experienced Senior Respite Support Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and/or ADHD in a respite setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support day-to-day care in line with best practice, promoting dignity, choice, safety, and independence
* Implement outcome-based, person-centred support plans
* Support safeguarding processes in line with South Yorkshire Safeguarding Adults procedures
* Contribute to handovers, reviews, and team meetings
* Provide guidance, supervision, and mentoring to staff
* Support individuals with personal care, nutrition, emotional wellbeing, and social activities
About You
* Experience in Health & Social Care, including learning disabilities/ADHD
* Experience with care planning, service procedures, and quality standards
* Experience across residential, day care, or similar services
* Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification desirable (Level 4 advantageous)
* Good written and verbal English
