2. Salary: Basic up to £40,000 Doe + OTE £60,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead a high-performing commercial vehicle sales team in the Loanhead area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and driven individual with a strong background in commercial vehicle sales and team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strong sales results, motivating a team, and ensuring excellent customer service across the board.
Key Responsibilities for a Commercial Sales Manager:
4. Manage daily operations, departmental performance, and profit & loss.
5. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives to exceed all sales targets.
6. Identify and execute opportunities for growth in both volume and profitability.
7. Manage and develop key customer relationships to secure repeat business.
8. Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory standards.
