Eventus Legal Recruitment is seeking a qualified Conveyancer to join a highly regarded and well established law firm based in Camberley, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer who is confident managing a residential property caseload and is looking to work within a supportive and professional environment. The role offers a salary of £60,000 to £65,000 depending on experience, hybrid working, pension contributions, annual bonus, and genuine work life balance with additional hours rarely required.
Role Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of mid to high value properties
* Cases include sales, purchase, freehold, and leasehold
* Managing a paralegal and providing support with their cases
* Providing clear, practical, and timely advice to clients
* Managing files after onboarding up to post completion
* Supporting senior colleagues on more complex residential property matters
* Contributing to business development and client relationship activities
Person Specification
The successful Conveyancer in Camberley, Surrey will be qualified (Solicitor, Licensed, CILEX) with 3 years PQE or more.
* Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing matters
* Experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Able to deliver excellent levels of customer service to clients
* The ability to organise your own workload with minimal supervision
* Good time management and a proactive approach to progressing matters
* Sound judgment and decision making when dealing with issues arising on files
* The ability to identify problems and determine an appropriate course of action
* Management skills to supervise and develop a paralegal
