In this role, you'll play a crucial part of supplying sales support, data collection and input and general administration
Duties
* Assist with renewals contracts, proving high level of accuracy and fast turnarounds for quotations and processing orders
* preferably have an administration background with proven office skills
* be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
* be dynamic, eager to learn and work as part of an energetic and outgoing team working in a fast paced environment
* be confident in your ability to speak to clients
* be accurate and have an eye for detail
* be polite, confident on the phone and possess excellent customer service skills
Requirements
* Proven administrative experience, preferably within a sales environment.
* Assist the Sales Director in distributing and managing data, and ensuring existing clients are contacted annually
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Maintain organised office records and input customer details in to our CRM.
* Assist in finding new opportunities and organising existing sales leads and accurately distribute to the sales team.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,500.00 per year
