Strategic Partnership Lead
Location: Maidenhead/Remote (hybrid)
Duration: 6 months initial
Rate: circa £600-750 per day (negotiable)
SRG are collaborating with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation which is seeking a Strategic Partnership Lead to drive innovative, high‑impact collaborations with the NHS. This role focuses on improving patient care, enhancing pathway efficiency, and shaping long-term system transformation through meaningful external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic collaborations within your therapeutic area, developing strong relationships with NHS and external stakeholders.
* Identify system challenges and co‑create partnership opportunities that improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
* Establish and manage a governance framework to ensure compliance, track delivery, and measure partnership impact.
* Coordinate and influence cross-functional project teams to design, deliver, and scale replicable partnership models.
* Provide expert insight on NHS policy, structures, and priorities to inform partnership strategy and internal decision making.
Skills & Experience
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice, including collaborative and joint working approaches.
* Proven experience leading large-scale, long-term industry–NHS partnership projects.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior NHS leaders and build trusted relationships.
* Strong project leadership capabilities, operating effectively in matrix environments and driving cross-functional alignment.
