Strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of UK Building RegulationsExcellent AutoCAD proficiency (essential)Experience working within architectural, surveying or construction environmentsHigh attention to detail and a professional, organised working styleAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset
