Reablement Team Leader - Job Description
The Team Leader post is vital for the smooth running of the service and ensuring we meet the needs of service users and the requirements of a registered service. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for maintaining an individual's independence, who strives to uphold high standards and can work well as part of a team.
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting and developing staff, promoting best practice, and ensuring care is delivered with dignity and respect. The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to respond effectively to changing situations.
The post involves shift working over 7 days a week. You will be required to hold QCF Level 3 in Adult Social Care (or be working towards it).
