What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a vital role in helping pupils succeed both academically and personally by: Supporting students with a range of learning, social, and behavioural needs Keeping pupils engaged, focused, and ready to learn Assisting with literacy and numeracy development Using clear strategies and positive reinforcement to manage behaviour Helping create a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment What We’re Looking For We’re less focused on your background—and more interested in who you are. Confident, proactive, and resilient Calm under pressure with strong behaviour management skills Positive, consistent, and reliable Flexible and a strong team player Experience in education, care, or youth work is helpful—but not essential.
