Account Manager - Bristol / Hybrid
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Cloud Sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of channel partners, helping them grow their Cloud business through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic support.
You’ll work closely with top-tier vendors like Microsoft, playing a key role in transforming how Cloud solutions are delivered to UK businesses.
This desk-based role offers clear progression into a field-based Key Account Manager position.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing channel partners.
* Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development.
* Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts.
* Build long-term relationships with partners and internal teams.
* Identify and generate new sales opportunities through go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support partner success.
Your Experience
* Proven experience managing a high-volume account portfolio in the IT channel (vendor, distributor, or reseller).
* Strong B2B Account Management background.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce).
