Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an Internal Sales Team Leader to oversee an existing, successful team of 4 Internal Sales Executives. A competitive salary of c£40k with a realistic OTE of £70k plus company profit share. The successful candidate will have led an internal sales or account management team and have proven success in B2B sales. You will be used to working to and setting targets. Your communication and leadership skills will be excellent and you will be able to motivate a sales team. You will have previous experience implementing a sales strategy. A strong knowledge of sales CRMS and utilising it for reporting purposes is a prerequisite.
