We develop simulation platforms for aerospace, automotive, electronics, and healthcare. We seek a Senior Software Engineer – Integration to join our cloud R&D team. Your role involves developing and automating core systems that integrate cloud-native microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and testing infrastructure, influencing product stability and scalability.
You will collaborate with QA and development teams, emphasizing a software-first approach to system integration. The ideal candidate is proficient in Python, Java, or Go, with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and scalable distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement cloud-native services and deployment pipelines for large-scale platforms
* Create tools and frameworks to unify QA, development, and operations
* Automate deployment and validation of microservices in Kubernetes environments
* Resolve complex system issues across infrastructure and software
* Manage CI/CD workflows using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
* Use infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible) for deployment scaling
* Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical mentorship
* Work with cross-functional teams to develop reliable solutions
* Contribute to operational excellence through incident management and performance tuning
Minimum Qualifications:
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years of experience (or MS + 3 years, PhD + 1 year)
* Strong programming skills in Python and/or Bash scripting
* Experience with containerized workloads and deployment pipelines
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
* Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments
* Experience with infrastructure-as-code ecosystems (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, API development
* Experience with Java, Python, or Go microservices
* Knowledge of Spring Boot or FastAPI frameworks
* Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity
* Knowledge of testing frameworks and load testing tools
* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous programming
* Strong communication skills for distributed teams
