Role Overview
We seek talented Directors with experience in areas including:
* Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially around indirect taxes and EMEA compliance
* End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
* Advising on tax technology to support compliance and reporting
* Tax technology implementation, including requirements gathering and design review
* Tax transformation, governance, process design, and improvement
* Project and client management
Additional Desirable Skills
* Data management, databases, data transmission, and transformation, including SQL
* Analyzing large data volumes
* Designing cloud-based tax applications
* Acting as a liaison between technology and tax teams
* Leading tax transformation and technology projects
* Developing automation solutions for tax
* Designing systems addressing international tax requirements
* Collaborating with colleagues across GCT, Consulting, and other KPMG teams
* Developing global governance and control frameworks
* Enhancing service offerings and delivery models
* Building strong client relationships
* Performance management and oversight of offshore teams
* Identifying additional service opportunities and liaising with specialists
* Coaching team members and adhering to KPMG policies
