HR Project Support Coordinator (Fixed Term 18 months Contract)
About the role
In this 18‑month fixed‑term contract you will provide administrative and logistical support for the Workday Programme and other HR projects, coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, assist with communications, support workstream leads, manage HR initiatives, and support change management and employee engagement activities.
Key responsibilities
* Provide administrative and logistical support for the Workday Programme and other HR projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting outcomes.
* Support the Senior HR Project Coordinator with note‑taking, diary management, and general administrative tasks.
* Coordinate project activities, track progress against timelines, and elevate issues as required.
* Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and trackers to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
* Assist with drafting and distributing communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Support Workstream Leads in delivery of workstream project plans ensuring clear deliverables, owners, timescales, and interdependencies.
* Manage smaller HR initiatives or workstreams independently, as assigned.
* Support change‑management activities including training coordination and employee engagement efforts.
* Ensure timely notifications of Risks, Issues and Mitigating actions to the programme and keep the RAID log up to date.
About you
* Proven experience in an administrative, HR support, or project coordination role.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to build relationships, resolve problems and remove barriers.
* Discretion to handle sensitive information confidentially.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
