We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Valuation Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuation services to our clients, ensuring compliance with RICS standards for commercial properties. How you'll make an impact Conduct valuations focusing primarily on Rebuild Cost Assessments Prepare and present detailed property reports, arguments, and statements of need, including detailed site and premises measurements Visit sites to assess property construction types and their impact on Rebuild Cost Assessments Draft comprehensive reports to provide clients with accurate Rebuild Cost Assessments Develop and submit proposals to insurers on behalf of clients to secure efficient insurance solutions Work closely with internal and external collaborators to secure new business opportunities Deliver training sessions for clients or in-house teams About You RICS registered valuer with current accreditation through relevant courses Experienced in commercial valuation surveying Capable of independent and team work Skilled in producing client reports demonstrating due diligence and adequacy in sum insured Proficient in research and crafting RICS-compliant reports Understands regulations for various client types Collects and assesses building materials, ensuring measurement accuracy Understands cost implications of locations and materials Willing to travel for inspections Holds a full UK driving license and is eligible to work in the UK Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
