Part Time Receptionist - 18.5 hours on shifts, to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Starting salary: £23658 - £25471 (pro rata) per annum (£12.26 - £13.20 per hour).
Based at Alive Downham Leisure, Alive Downham Leisure is looking for a welcoming and reliable Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to create a friendly and efficient environment for everyone who walks through our doors. From managing bookings to supporting our wide range of leisure services, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences.
You will have excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and confidence using computerised systems. You will handle enquiries, bookings, and payments with accuracy, and help promote our memberships and services to new and existing customers. A commitment to customer care and the ability to converse clearly in spoken English are essential.
All appointments are subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure, through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
