With over 30 years in the industry Zenith Flooring is one of the most experienced and respected industrial flooring contractors in the UK working with many blue chip clients in diverse industries such as transport, haulage, food industry, manufacturing and automotive.

Due to continued growth we are seeking experienced contracts managers or quality site supervisors looking to take the next step to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager and working alongside other support divisions, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on-site. Full management training will be provided but a comprehensive understanding of the industrial flooring industry is vital. This is a full time role based out of the midlands office, you will be operating throughout the UK and abroad, so will need to be flexible regarding remote work.
*Duties*
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Manage and coordinate site activities to meet project deadlines
- Utilise IT tools such as Outlook and Word for documentation and reporting
- Drive performance improvements and maintain high standards of work
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure resources
- Implement health and safety protocols on-site
- Maintain accurate project records and reports
*Qualifications*
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and project management abilities
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Prior experience in a (minimum) supervisory role is desirable
-Full driving License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £48,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
