Our Court Associates are essential to ensure Magistrates Court hearings run smoothly. They communicate confidently with judges, participants, and produce accurate, timely court documents.
Key Responsibilities
* Support court operations and ensure the smooth running of daily Magistrates Court sittings.
* Communicate with judges, defence, prosecution, media, and the public in a calm, professional manner.
* Produce accurate court orders, plea records, and hearing outcome documents within deadlines.
* Work collaboratively within a legal team and adapt to new technologies and digital solutions.
* Act as a supportive team player delivering excellent customer service.
Skills & Experience
* Strong communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
* Confident public speaking and courtroom presence.
* IT proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Experience in producing time‑critical documentation.
