What you’ll be doing:
* Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision
* Handling transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more where required
* Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters when required
* Providing clear, practical advice to clients and maintaining strong client relationships
* Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team
* Contributing to business development and networking activities as your experience grows
About you:
* At least 1 year conveyancing experience
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop your expertise
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
