A well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Belfast is seeking a Customer Operations Officer to join their customer-focused operations team. The organisation plays a key role in supporting individuals and families on their journey to home ownership, offering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
Your new role
As a Customer Operations Officer, you will be part of a multi-skilled team delivering a high-quality operational service to customers and applicants. You’ll ensure that customer-facing processes are efficient, accurate, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Processing legal and customer documentation such as onboarding, staircasing, valuation reports, and title deeds.
2. Liaising with third parties including solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and customers to meet service level agreements.
3. Maintaining accurate records and using systems such as Docuware and Microsoft Office.
4. Providing consistent and professional advice to customers.
5. Supporting continuous improvement and contributing to project work.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you should have:
6. 5 GCSEs (Grades A–C) including Maths and English, or 3 years’ relevant experience in lieu of qualifications.
7. Experience in administrative roles involving record keeping, scanning, and database use.
8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
9. Strongmunication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
