What you'll do
We are looking for a creative and passionate Lecturer to develop and deliver our new Esports provision, primarily across Level 2 and 3 programmes. There may also be teaching opportunities in our IT and Computing courses to support our growing faculty. Candidates with relevant industry experience who can pass on their knowledge to develop industry-ready students are preferred. Teaching experience is desirable, but we are also willing to support those starting their teaching careers.

* Have energy, enthusiasm, and passion for education and the Esports industry, with a broad understanding of its career potential for young people. Experience in competitive gaming and online communities is highly valued, along with ideas on inspiring students.
* Are passionate about teaching in the FE sector.

* Can adapt to a demanding and changing environment.
