Responsibilities
* Produce contracts and distribute to the customer
* Scan, file and maintain customer contracts and records
* Ensure quotations are produced in a timely manner for all aspects of Repair & Maintenance
* Provide support for the Repair & Maintenance department in answering telephone enquiries and carrying out administration duties as required
* Contribute to the department’s KPI’s and the company’s financial objectives
* Monitor and record any non-conformance of the quality systems and implement and record the required corrective and preventative action within your area of responsibility
Skills and qualifications
* Customer focused with excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail while administering contract applications, contract set-up and assisting in the daily operation of the Repair and Maintenance administration area
* Experience within contracts administration
