Engineering Leadership Opportunity
This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced Director of Engineering who enjoys growing high-performing engineering teams, refining development processes, and fostering a collaborative technical culture in a fast-paced business.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A proven track record of engineering leadership within RF, electronics, or system-level product development
* Strong organisational and people management skills, capable of developing and structuring an expanding team
* A hands-on, delivery-focused approach, with the ability to set technical direction and drive engineering excellence
* Preferring onsite roles, with flexibility as needed, within a collaborative office environment
Key Responsibilities
Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, covering RFIC, RF systems, validation, and software development
Shape the company's engineering strategy, processes, and technical capability as they scale
Requirements
Proven engineering leadership experience within RF, electronics, or system-level product development
