This is a varied, busy, and exciting opportunity You'll play a key role in keeping our fleet operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service. No two days will be the same — from coordinating repairs to supporting customers, you'll help ensure everything runs efficiently.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
· Coordinating repairs on broken-down vehicles and liaising with customers.
· Scheduling and planning vehicle maintenance.
· Organising the delivery and collection of vehicles to and from customers and repairers.
· Supporting local vehicle deliveries and collections.
· Assisting the team with a variety of administrative tasks.

What you'll bring:
· A confident and professional telephone manner.
· Strong administrative and computer skills.
· The ability to manage multiple tasks, working both independently and as part of a team.
· Confidence working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· A valid driving licence (essential).
· Experience in the rental or transport industries (advantageous but not essential).

Pay: £30,750.00-£38,000.00 per year
