Position summary
Due to the expansion of services, we offer at Quantum Solutions we have a unique opportunity for an Inspection Services Account Manager to join our team. Continuing our journey from semiconductor materials to imaging products we will now be offering drone-based inspection services for solar farms and other infrastructure objects across the UK and internationally. As Inspection Services Manager you’ll be responsible for creating and managing our inspection teams from scratch and coordinating with customers on the inspection services delivery. We will look to your expertise to set up the services with relevant inspection tools, processes, and personnel, as well as establish SOP's and workflows.
What you’ll do
* Reporting to our CEO (Interim) you’ll be integral to establishing a brand new Inspection Services function at Quantum Solutions; implementing processes, setting up and maintaining inspection tools and building teams across the UK and internationally.
* You will work closely with our R&D and product teams to understand our imaging solution products and their uses, as well as supporting on our Proof of Concept activities.
* Arranging inspections, providing quotations, and managing tools and specialist teams as required. You will also liaise with clients to provide full inspection reports and feedback.
* Managing inspection teams in the UK initially, then growing to establish teams in other countries, ensuring that all individuals and teams feel part of our close knit team culture.
What you’ll bring
* In-depth knowledge of drone based inspection services, from within solar, wind, or agriculture industries; from service set up and resource requirements to practical troubleshooting of inspection issues
* Strong team management and supervisory experience of inspection crews; particularly managing or working with multi national teams
* Account management experience with the ability to advise upon suitable inspection services, quoting and price negotiation, and flight plans
* Excellent organisational skills coordinating teams and tools multi nationally
* Proactive team player attitude; this role requires close liaison with our product teams as well as Admin, Management, and HR
