Your primary focus will be supporting our hiring efforts across the UK and US markets, acting as a trusted partner for hiring managers and leadership. Combining your deep knowledge of these talent landscapes with strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy skills, you will ensure we attract and hire the right talent to scale our business.
You’ll contribute to enhancing the candidate experience, optimizing recruitment processes, and positioning Blacklane as an employer of choice in these key regions — helping us shape the future of mobility and deliver on our mission to provide sustainable, world-class chauffeur services.
Your Impact and Responsibilities

* Act as a trusted partner for the UK and US markets, understanding local talent dynamics, advising hiring managers, and ensuring competitive positioning
* Partner with leadership to build strategic hiring plans supporting team growth and long-term success
* Enhance candidate experience and employer branding in competitive markets
* Use data and insights to optimize recruitment strategies, reduce time-to-hire, and improve hiring quality
