Your new role
This corporate solicitor role will see you join an established and well run team to handle a broad range of work that will focus mainly on M&A. The client list has real depth to it and you can look forward to working closely with a range of key clients. The role will see you play an active role in business development initiatives and you can expect to work with colleagues across the department.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or operating up to and including Senior Associate level. With good communication skills, you should be able to provide pragmatic, commercial solutions for clients.
