We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to provide technical expertise on offshore wind foundation design projects. You will collaborate with our project manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet technical specifications, satisfy clients, and stay within budget. Additionally, you will develop client and stakeholder relationships and offer guidance to the project team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Engineering Management focusing on FEED and detailed design of Offshore Wind Foundations
* Supporting technical inputs for tenders
* Providing technical leadership on risk management, quality assurance, document control, and cost control
* Handling technical queries related to the project
* Leading project teams in technical execution
* Managing stakeholders, suppliers, and partners
* Leading discipline leads and design teams
* Ensuring solutions meet customer needs and are state-of-the-art
* Developing cohesive multi-location teams
* Delivering projects according to COWI's global standards

Additionally, you will have:
* A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in a related engineering discipline
* Extensive experience in offshore wind foundation projects
* Experience designing various foundation types for offshore turbines and substations
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards for foundation design
* Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
* A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards across all project stages
