Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3-5, with a specialist focus on at least one science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) at A-Level. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, particularly for advanced learners. Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles at A-Level. Contribute to the overall success of the Science department, with a focus on KS5. Degree in a Science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics). Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level, with a specialist focus on A-Level. Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the Science curriculum, especially at KS5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership potential in KS5 delivery (for TLR consideration). Ability to teach at least one science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) to A-Level.
