Role: MET Technician [Mechanical Electrical & Trim] Location: Southport (Merseyside) Salary: DOE £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday (42.5hrs) Mechanical and Electrical Trim Strip and Fit Flexible working hours This well-known and established brand require an experienced MET Technician [Mechanical Electrical Trim] to join their site in Southport (Merseyside). You will have a positive can-do attitude, hard working, efficient and have great attention to detail. As an MET Technician you will be able to accurately strip and refit vehicles, diagnose issues and clearly communicate them to colleagues. You will have experience in a similar role. Fully qualified MET Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent ATA qualification is desirable. Responsibilities will include: Complete all MET [Mechanical Electrical Trim] work to the highest levels Ensure that stripping and rebuilding [Strip & Fit] work of all vehicles is carried out in a professional and correct manner Ensure that all jobs are completed within the estimated times Advise the Bodyshop Manager of any additional work identified when working on a vehicle Check that all parts are ordered as per estimate, to ensure that the repair can be completed without delay, returning all unused parts to the parts department If you are an experienced MET Technician [Mechanical Electrical Trim] based in or around the Southport (Merseyside) area then please contact one of the Talent Connect team to discuss further!
