In this instance we are seeking a suitably experienced Senior Project Manager to manage Contracts and liaise with clients on their behalf. The company are a Family run operation who specialise in Prestige Interior Fit Outs on behalf of a Blue Chip Client Base throughout London and the South East. Our clients carry out the Flooring element of such fit outs and offer a One Stop Shop for all types of Commercial Flooring. They also carry out works on High Value End User and Residential projects. We are seeking a high calibre Individual with the “full package” of skills required, briefly these are – • A High level of knowledge, skill and Technical ability with regard to the successful completion of Commercial Flooring Projects. • Excellent Interpersonal skills with a demonstrable ability to communicate amicably and effectively at all required levels including Client Liaison, Contractors and Fitters and importantly with internal group contacts. • A great network of contacts for supply of Fitting Teams and where required Materials. • The ability to work through a Project from Quote through to Sign Off, Procuring Materials, Labour etc to cost and on Time. The above gives a flavour of our clients thinking, Communication skills are paramount as is the ability to complete Projects with a minimum of Supervision.
