Key Responsibilities:
1. Report to the Operations Director / Branch Manager.
2. Secure business through accurate property valuation, excellent customer service, and offering appropriate additional services.
3. Follow up on leads promptly, providing written confirmation of follow-up valuations and market comparables.
4. Ensure customers are fully informed about the process, costs, and financial implications.
5. Utilise and comply with systems and procedures, charging fees according to the terms of business.
6. Maximise efficiency through effective diary and system management, catering to customer needs.
7. Understand and meet branch and personal KPIs to achieve and exceed performance targets.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities, adjusting negotiation tactics accordingly.
The Successful Candidate will have:
1. Proven experience in the property industry, with competency in valuing sales and lettings properties.
2. Good understanding of market demand and customer behaviour.
3. Experience working in the Central Manchester market is essential.
4. Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
5. A self-motivated and positive attitude.
6. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong leadership skills and a desire to succeed.
8. Familiarity with IT systems.
9. A full UK driving licence.
