You will work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders to ensure all pupils are supported and challenged appropriately. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders. Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents evenings and staff meetings. Support pupils academic, social, and emotional development. The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS or equivalent. Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school. Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Has excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to differentiate effectively.
