You’ll be joining our recruitment team to help deliver a smooth, professional experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in sourcing, scheduling, and administration across the full recruitment lifecycle.</p><p>Based out of our Newcastle office, this is a permanent role within our People function. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model, this requires 60% in office time in your local office. We value collaboration and client impact, so our hybrid model is designed to strike a balance between flexibility, in‑person connection, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our people and clients.</p><h3>Here’s what you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Assist with interview scheduling,candidate packs, and other coordination tasks.</li><li>Help organise and support assessment centres and recruitment events.</li><li>Provide general administrative support for recruitment projects as required.</li><li>Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment records.</li><li>Support the recruitment process by sourcing and reaching out to candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.</li><li>Conduct candidate screenings and provide summaries/screening notes for hiring managers.</li><li>Assist with advertising job roles and posting engaging job descriptions.</li><li>Act as a friendly ambassador for Credera, providing a positive experience for candidates throughout the process.</li><li>Maintain the recruitment email inbox, moving, escalating and responding to tickets in a timely manner.</li></ul><h3>Who you are</h3><ul><li>Organised, proactive, and detail orientated.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new systems, including Greenhouse (our ATS)</li><li>Good communicator and team player.</li><li>Curious, flexible, and eager to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.</li><li>Some experience in technology or professional services recruitment.</li></ul><h3>This is what you’ll get in return</h3><p>At Credera, we provide an exceptional compensation package, including a competitive salary (£26,500-40,000) and comprehensive benefits.
