Duties include:
* Advise all new and existing customers on insurance policies and requirements
* Dealing with insurance claims
* Filing customer claims following the companies policies and procedures
* Building strong working relationships with customers as well as colleagues in other departments
* Maintaining a strong knowledge of company products and services
* Following PRA, FCA and internal procedures at all times
To be considered for this role, you must have / be:
1. Previous customer service experience within a retail or office environment
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
