Registered Care Manager – Make Every Day Brighter!
About the Company:
We’re working on behalf of a highly respected, national home care provider — leaders in outstanding, person-centered care across the UK. Their mission? Simple: to make aging at home a joy!
Set within the stunning Saltaire, you'll find yourself surrounded by creativity, history, and maybe even the occasional art gallery lunch break! This branch covers Bradford & West Leeds — and has already made a huge, heartfelt impact.
You’ll be helping to transform the lives of older adults – and trust us, there’s no better feeling than seeing someone thrive in their own home, living with dignity, joy, and a whole lot of love. If you believe that getting older should be something to celebrate, not to fear, you’re exactly who we need.
We are an equal opportunity employer and we’re proud to represent the wonderful communities we serve.
Please note: this role requires an enhanced DBS check – safety and trust are at the heart of everything we do.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
* Be the beating heart of our care operations – making sure every client feels safe, respected, and valued.
* Work hand-in-hand with our wonderful Director to grow a premium domiciliary care service across West Leeds and Bradford.
* Get out and about, networking locally – whether that’s chatting at community events, having a cuppa with local partners, or charming socks off at healthcare fairs!
* Recruit, coach, and inspire an incredible team of Care Professionals (think more "dream team" than "just staff").
* Keep the wheels turning: manage rotas, tackle client enquiries, and make sure we’re always one step ahead.
* Write care plans that would make even the pickiest loved ones say "Wow, they really get me."
* Risk assessments, quality checks, complaint management – the full package of making sure we’re legally compliant, super safe, and seriously caring.
* Review, refine, and refresh how we do things, constantly looking for ways to be even better.
* Lead with compassion and positivity, living and breathing our core values every single day.
What You'll Need To Bring:
* Bucketloads of care experience, plus a talent for managing people and making everyone feel valued.
* A brain that loves business targets almost as much as it loves brewing up a round of tea.
* Sharp organisation skills – you'll be juggling priorities like a pro.
* A flexible, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude — because caring isn't 9-5
* An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum) — and a willingness to work toward Level 5 (we’ll help!).
* A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle – sometimes emergencies need superheroes who can travel!
What’s In It For You?
* A competitive salary of £35,000 per year
* 25 days holiday PLUS 8 bank holidays (total: a glorious 33 days off!)
* Work mobile and laptop (we believe in working smart, not hard!)
* Access to employee support lines and wellbeing resources
* Rewards scheme, exclusive discounts portal, and Care Professional social events
* Career growth opportunities – climb as high as you want to go
* A work environment filled with kindness, laughter, purpose, and plenty of tea and biscuits
