About Us
In Watford, Eliali MPC runs two supportive housing units that can house a combined total of seven youth. Our services, which are overseen by Ofsted, are intended to empower youth by providing all-encompassing assistance, encouraging self-reliance, and assisting them in developing critical life skills. We offer risk management techniques, individualised assistance programs, and chances for youth to make happy memories as they enter adulthood.
The Position
You will be in charge of our two lodgings as the Registered Service Manager and make sure that all Ofsted rules are followed. You will manage a skilled staff and establish a secure, encouraging environment for our residents while leading with honesty and empathy.
Principal Duties:
The Quality Standards of Ofsted
A thorough comprehension of the Ofsted Quality Standards is required.
Leadership in Service:
* Oversee the service in accordance with Ofsted guidelines and our Statement of Purpose.
* Organise hiring, employee training, and performance reviews.
* Create and oversee rotas to guarantee reliable, superior assistance.
* Encourage a collaborative culture among stakeholders, young people, directors, and professionals.
Safeguarding:
* Carry out and supervise risk assessments while making sure that safety rules and procedures are followed.
* Provide innovative approaches to assist youth with risk management.
Accommodation Standards:
* Maintain high-quality living environments by conducting routine audits and property inspections.
* Oversee yearly location risk assessments, maintenance, and repairs.
Young People’s Engagement:
* Create and monitor programs for risk management and individual support.
* Encourage advancement by using creative strategies, outside resources, and outcome-based evaluations.
* Motivate youth to actively participate in determining the service and the assistance they receive.
Sponsorships:
Applications from eligible individuals in need of visa sponsorship are encouraged.
