About the Job you are considering:
We are seeking an experienced “Change Delivery Manager” to lead strategic and regulatory change initiatives across complex multistakeholder environments The role requires strong delivery governance cross functional leadership and proven experience in driving end-to-end change within large financial institutions.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role & Skills:
As a Change Delivery Governance :
1. Lead end-to-end planning execution and delivery of change initiatives across business and technology streams
2. Establish and manage delivery plans RAID logs milestones and dependencies
3. Ensure effective governance status reporting and compliance with Client's Framework
4. Drive risk identification mitigation strategies and proactive issue resolution
Stakeholder Communication Management
5. Engage senior stakeholders including Product Owners SMEs Technology Risk Compliance and Operations teams
6. Facilitate steering committees working groups and crossfunctional forums
Communicate progress impacts and decisions clearly to both senior leadership and project teams
Project Programme Execution
7. Manage scope timelines resource forecasting and delivery metrics across multiple concurrent workstreams
8. Track budgets financials and change controls in line with governance processes
Ensure alignment to regulatory operational and strategic priorities
Process Control and Quality Management
9. Drive adherence to BCF Controls Framework and operational excellence standards
Implement robust quality assurance documentation and compliance practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and embed best practices across teams
Required Skills Experience
11. 812 years of experience in Change Delivery Project Management within Banking or Financial Services.
12. Strong understanding of banking operations regulatory programmes or digital transformation initiatives.
13. Experience delivering change across complex matrixed organisations
14. Expertise in governance artefacts such as delivery plans RAID financial tracking and change requests
15. Demonstrated ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders
16. Proficient in Agile Hybrid delivery methodologies
17. Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
