Account Executive - SAAS / ERP
Remote/ Hybrid
Locations: East/Central Germany, Munich, and UK
We are seeking Account Executives with proven experience of selling business software for our ERP Software Vendor clients in the DACH region, Eastern and Central Germany, Munich, as well as the UK. Exceptional opportunities to join well established niche sector ERP software vendors with excellent pipelines and ambitious growth plans. You should have a proven track record of consultative selling and navigating senior stakeholder relationships. An ability to understand client challenges and translate them into tailored software solutions will be key.
The Role
* Drive new business sales of ERP Software Solutions to SMB and Mid-Market clients
* Drive the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with B2B Software customers
* Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to shape tailored ERP solutions
* Understand client needs and position B2B Software/ SaaS solutions to bring measurable value
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company growth
* Represent the business at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in selling B2B/business management software solutions
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities and drive deals to closure
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a team player
* Hybrid role, commutable for client meetings and internal collaboration
* Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
