HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Full Time | Office Based
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced business. This is a varied generalist HR role with a strong focus on recruitment initially, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people-focused and administrative responsibilities.
You will support the business across all areas of HR, helping to deliver a smooth employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through to employee support and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating recruitment activities including adverts, interviews and onboarding
* Managing HR administration and maintaining employee records
* Supporting absence management, holidays and HR reporting
* Assisting with employee relations and performance processes
* Supporting training and development activities
* Assisting with payroll administration and HR systems
* Ensuring HR processes remain compliant with UK employment law
About You
* Previous HR experience within a busy environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
* Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Proactive with a positive and professional approach
* CIPD qualified or working towards desirable
