About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable HR Manager to join our organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for a Full Time position. This is a critical role requiring a confident HR professional with proven expertise in organisational restructuring and change management.
You will play a key role in supporting a period of transformation, ensuring that business objectives are delivered alongside a fair, compliant, and people-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support organisational restructuring initiatives, including consultations, redundancies, and redeployment processes
* Provide expert HR advice to senior leadership on complex employee relations matters
* Manage end-to-end change management processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment law
* Partner with stakeholders to implement new organisational designs and workforce plans
* Coach and support managers through change, building capability and confidence
* Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practice
* Ensure clear communication and engagement throughout periods of change
What We’re Looking For
* Demonstrable experience leading company restructuring or transformation programmes
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident handling complex and sensitive employee relations cases
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
* Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
* Previous experience in a fast-paced or scaling organisation
