This partner led; independent Property Group are looking for a Chartered Town Planner to join their successful development team in this firms head office in Newcastle.
The ideal candidate will take lead role in managing residential, commercial and leisure development applications throughout the region. In addition to the Development team, which includes 14 people who are Planners, Chartered Surveyors and RIBA Architects, the firm operate in various areas of property including General Surveying, Property/Asset Management, Rural and Agricultural Consulting and Residential Estate Agency.
