Your Role:
As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our credit processes and ensuring our financial health within the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payments
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
Conducting credit checks and assessing credit risk
Resolving payment discrepancies and queries with a cheerful disposition
Preparing reports on outstanding debts and payment trends

To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role
Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
