Role Responsibilities: Deliver pre-prepared lessons across KS3 to KS5, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. Provide personalised support to students with SEN, adapting strategies to meet individual needs. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Uphold school policies and promote high standards of behaviour and engagement. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role within an educational setting. Confidence in managing classrooms and supporting students across a range of subjects. Strong understanding of the secondary school curriculum.
