Vehicle Technician – Maidstone Area
Basic Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 DOE
OTE: £40,000 – £45,000 (with bonus)
Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime available

We are working with one of Maidstone's leading independent garages, well-established in the local community and equipped with the latest workshop technology. Combining main-dealer standards with the personal touch of a family business, they offer a wide range of repairs, servicing, and maintenance for most makes and models, including hybrid and electric vehicles.
The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles
* Undertake diagnostic and fault-finding work where required
* Work confidently with modern workshop and diagnostic equipment
* Ensure all work is completed to high standards of safety and quality
* Support workshop efficiency and work well within a close-knit team
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Vehicle Technician (IMI or equivalent)
* Strong background in vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair
* Diagnostic experience would be beneficial but not essential
* Confident working on a range of makes and models (experience with hybrid and electric vehicles advantageous)
* Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented
What's on Offer
* Basic salary from £33,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience)
* Bonus scheme with an OTE of £40,000 – £45,000
