REGIONAL MANAGER - NORTH EAST & SCOTLAND
BASED IN SCOTLAND (GLASGOW / CENTRAL BELT PREFERRED)
£75-90K + BRANDED SUV + PERFORMANCE BONUS

We're bringing one of the world's fastest-growing sports to towns and cities across the country - and we need someone rooted in Scotland to lead the way.
At Soul Padel, we believe in the power of play to bring people together. Now, with multiple Scottish clubs set to launch in 2026/27, and plans for expansion into the North East, we're on the hunt for a Regional Manager to make Soul Padel a household name - starting right on your home turf.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
1. Be the driving force behind the launch of multiple Soul Padel clubs across Scotland - from blueprint to game-day.
2. Own every stage of delivery: landlord relationships, site builds, launch campaigns, and team recruitment.
3. Lead high-performing club teams - managers, coaches and front-line crew - and inspire them to create exceptional member experiences.
4. Build deep local roots: partner with schools, grassroots orgs, corporates, and councils to make padel accessible to everyone.
5. Ensure every club runs with smooth operations, high energy, and serious Soul - from coaching to community events.
6. Collaborate with the central brand & marketing team to localise campaigns and get people excited across every postcode.
7. You'll also support future expansion into the North East, helping Soul Padel grow beyond the Scottish border - but your base will always be in Scotland.
WHO YOU ARE:
8. You live in Scotland - ideally Glasgow or the Central Belt - and know the local landscape inside out.
9. You've led multi-site operations before - and you're ready to do it again, faster and better.
10. You're energised by fast-paced environments, new launches and ambitious growth.
11. You're obsessed with building community - from local partnerships to inclusive programmes.
12. You're visible and hands-on - especially on weekends. 2 weekends in every 4 is standard in our 7-day world.
13. You're ideally a regular padel player, or at the very least actively involved in sport and fitness. You walk the talk when it comes to living a healthy, active lifestyle - just like our community.
14. You're driven, collaborative, full of ideas - and just a bit padel-obsessed.
