Job description:
Camseng International Foods Limited is a leader in the storage and distribution of ambient, chilled, and frozen foods, packaging and non-food products to the ethnic and fast food industry. We offer multi drop, point to point deliveries along with onsite collection and pride ourselves on excellent customer service whilst maintaining an efficient and reliable service.
Responsibilities:
- Drive company vans to transport goods to various locations
- Perform commercial driving duties adhering to road safety regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods, involving heavy lifting at times
- Deliver items promptly and efficiently to designated destinations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding delivery schedules
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the van
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Van Driver or similar role
- Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when loading/unloading goods
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
- Strong organisational skills to maintain delivery schedules efficiently
