* HR Lead - Manufacturing
* Coventry based
* 4 days on-site (no flexibility) / 1 day from home
* 40 hours per week

Resourcing4HR are currently partnering with a leading manufacturing business to appoint a HR Lead - Manufacturing based in Coventry, on a permanent basis.
This is a pivotal leadership role within a large, complex, unionised manufacturing site and would suit a senior HR professional who thrives in an operational, fast-paced environment and enjoys driving real business transformation.
Key Background:
* Degree & CIPD qualified senior HR professional
* Proven manufacturing background
* Experience managing a team of c.6+ HR professionals
* Background operating within a unionised environment
* Strong experience leading organisational transformation alongside site leadership
* Comfortable being visible, present and accountable on-site
Key Responsibilities:
* Driving engagement initiatives across a large workforce
* Overseeing complex ER cases
* Leading and developing a multi-level HR team
* Partnering with diverse stakeholder groups across the UK, Europe and the US
* Working closely with a strong, high-performing Site Leader
We’re looking for someone who can:
* Hold their own in senior meetings and constructively challenge when needed
* Balance assertiveness with empathy
* Coach and develop their team at different stages of capability
* Help realign and embed a high-performance culture
