Job Summary
We are looking for an organized, proactive and motivated HR Support Team Leader to join our Admin Support Team on a 9‑month fixed‑term basis to provide maternity leave cover. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy and evolving service within Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, focusing on the administrative delivery of the Trust‑wide staff flu vaccination campaign and wider workforce wellbeing initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across Human Resources and Occupational Health, this role will help deliver an efficient, responsive and high‑quality service to staff across the Trust.

Job responsibilities
• Coordinate and deliver the administrative aspects of the Trust‑wide staff flu vaccination programme. • Support workforce wellbeing initiatives and other operational projects. • Manage and prioritise workloads for the HR Support Team, ensuring high‑quality service standards. • Work collaboratively with Occupational Health and other departments to streamline processes and improve outcomes for staff.
Key attributes and experience
* Previous administrative experience within a busy office or service environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
* Experience of coordinating workloads and supporting or supervising staff
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office systems and managing data accurately
* Ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve problems
* A professional, approachable and flexible attitude
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and services
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
* An interest in supporting workforce wellbeing initiatives and continuous service improvement
