Protocol Education is looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join a pupil referral unit in Southend.
You will be joining a great team that predominantly works with children who have social emotional mental health needs. A desire to assist in this area is required, but no prior experience is necessary!
A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build strong relationships and rapport with children, is important.
This role requires someone with a strong, robust character, as there may be challenges along the way.
This is a long-term, full-time position. We are looking for candidates to be available 5 days a week, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

All pay rates are inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
